Northspire began in 1999 with a contrarian belief: that the people buying and selling the finest homes were being underserved by an industry built around speed and volume. The founders set out to build something slower, and far more personal.
Instead of agents chasing listings, we assembled a roster of curators, local specialists who work the same neighborhoods for years, know the buildings by name, and measure success by the quality of the match rather than the size of the commission.
A house is square footage. A home is a decision you live inside for years. We have never forgotten the difference.
A quarter-century later, that approach has guided clients through thirty-eight markets and tens of billions in transactions, from first pieds-à-terre to landmark estates. The scale has grown. The principle has not.
